Located in the Linville Land Harbor Resort, you'll have access to a lake, pool, and hiking trails. Living Room: Unwind on the comfortable leather sofa by the warm stone fireplace, perfect for watching a game or movie on the large flat-screen TV. Kitchen: The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your stay. We provide both whole bean and Keurig coffee to start your day right. Game Room: Challenge your family in the game room with a foosball table, game console, and a selection of board games. Bedrooms: The home includes a fun bunk room with a charming mountain mural, plus two other bedrooms. Master has a King size bed and second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. For Families: We provide a Pack ’n play/travel crib and children’s dinnerware for our youngest guests. Outdoor Living: The back deck features a BBQ gas grill for evening cookouts. As sunset descends on the pines, gather around the fire pit for s’mores under the stars.

Your first bundle of firewood for the fire pit is included with your stay. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in both full bathrooms.

We are dog-friendly. Dogs must be current on flea/tick preventative. Dogs are not allowed on the beds. If your furry family member is the couch potato type we ask that you use the couch covers we provide. We also ask that dogs are not left unattended. Dogs must be on a leash in the neighborhood. Please no cats.

Love the place! Thoughtful amenities like cell phone chargers next to the beds, pet amenities, and coffee provided. It’s a beautiful home away from home in a quiet area. Extremely clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone traveling in the area and would go back again. Great trip!

We had a really nice relaxing weekend. The house is small but so cozy and SO clean and organized!! We loved being able to bring our dog along and appreciated the amenities for dogs, including food & water bowls and couch covers. The house is not too far from Lowe’s grocery store and Banner Elk restaurants/activities. The kids loved the basement game room. We’ll definitely be back!

Tonyia & Jon did an amazing job making the house feel so warm and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was thoughtfully prepared, and they even provided bowls and toys for our dogs, which we truly appreciated. We truly enjoyed our stay, felt like home. The host was responsive and helpful with all of our questions. Loved the downstairs game room that the kids truly enjoyed. We were very comfortable and Tonyia thought of everything. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We enjoyed relaxing outside together. We were close enough to get to a few hikes at Linville Falls and other area hikes. We enjoyed the Linville winery. Would recommend and stay again if we come back to the area.

Beautiful home! Not too far from all the best spots. We came down for a wedding in Boone and made a long weekend out of it. This house was the perfect stay. Not too far from anything. Super clean. The best amenities. Truthfully one of our favorite Airbnb’s to date. We will for sure be back!
