House Rules

We are dog-friendly. Dogs must be current on flea/tick preventative. Dogs must be on a leash in the neighborhood per HOA. Please pickup after your pet. Dogs are not allowed on the beds. If your furry family member is the couch potato type we ask that you use the couch covers we provide. We also ask that dogs are not left unattended. Please no cats. Kayaks are provided as a complimentary amenity and are used at guests' own risk. A very limited number of life jackets are available; however, sizes may not fit all guests. Guests are strongly encouraged to bring properly fitting life jackets for all members of their party who wish to use the kayaks provided.
