Located in walking distance of all that downtown New Bern's Historic District has to offer. Downtown New Bern is a place full of history, old world charm, cafes, restaurants, art galleries, antique stores and much more. Built in the 1700's, the Alston-Charlotte cottage is fitting for this historic city. There is evidence that this house may be one of the oldest surviving structures in New Bern. There is a property record that states that John Benson sold this lot, with a house on it, to James Alston in 1747. We are committed to Airbnb's Enhanced Cleaning Protocol.
